I enjoyed playing to this song to. I only wish I could have had a go at Backing vox! though probably for the best with my voice  Cheesy
The story I really liked and related to the melody the guitars are what inspired me and the out come is fantatstic. really like this one.

How do you turn the volume down on a guitarist?
You give them the sheet music !!!     BOOM! BOOM!

I couldn't help myself.
here's an alternate mix.
what's different...
backed off the hi hat on all but the bridge (automation)
completely redid the eq on the snare.
gave the kick & bass a slight boost.
gave the overhead a slight boost for second half of bridge to bring in more of the ride cymbal (automation).
sounds a little fuller; especially the snare.

thanks...

Mark

Steve, maybe you can add some backing vox to my other song "Prison of my Dreams" in studio A. I need  a few male voices speaking some lines kinda angry on that. Wink

Well done Mark!! This mix is way better and I really like the snare sound now, does Steve's efforts justice.

Mix sounds warm and big and tight!

Tric, could you post this mix up in the first post as well, it definitely deserves to be up there.

Great work all of you, guitars, drums and an absolutely super vocal from Tricia (right amount of rock, anguish and hurt)!!

Andy
