total audio converter problem

Hi,
I recently registered my copy of this program (coolutils).

When I launch my program I get this error:
"Access violation at address 792F4C34 in module 'MYDOCS.DLL'. Read of address FFFFFFFF."

also when I try to convert a file I get this error:
"cannot open file C:/......"

any suggestions?

Never heard of the program. I checked their site out and they seem to have a forum. Probably best to ask around there.

LOL  That I can tell but what kind of files? There's lots of good programs for converting whether it's audio, images or video.

If its audio I would suggest 'Monkeys Audio' for turning your wav files into apes. Other audio like converting into mp3 or wma 'Cool Edit' is a pretty good program. Most recording programs already have that all built in. I use 'Acid Pro' and I can mix down and save to any format.
