Very nice, fairly loose and live sounding, with as much life as the original, which is tough to achieve.

Well done.

Steve

I love some of the vibrato you are doing in this (not the wang bar, but the real thing done with the fretting hand), most electric guitarists are rubbish at vibrato.

On that topic...I mostly avoid the "wang bar" (as do you), as it can easily becomes a quick fix to just lob in when you cant of something good to play, and it makes everything sound the same. I went to a seminar a few years back given by Guthrie Govan (at that time with Asia) and it changed my whole approach to phrasing in general, Wang Bars and fretting hand vibrato. That guy is brilliant, here's a few links to him playing:

Thanks George, because it was really hard to do bro Smiley Smiley

I played it on the SG300S which is so much more stable as it doesn't have a wammy.

As soon as I have the piano figured out for this next Alice tune I'll post it.. heh heh

I only like 70's Alice Cooper, he was the one that drew me in to music & guitars and dreams of being a rockstar, had his posters all over my wall, and every record up until Special forces, he lost me after that one Smiley
his 2005 Dirty diamonds cd is a return to his 70's roots and is a great cd
