Hello,
You may or may not have heard of me (probably not), but I collaborated quite a lot, about 10-15 years ago. I wrote an album called Implicit Lyrics and Curtis sung on every track. I re-released it last year.
Curtis has some more music and his family has asked me to get it out there on Spotify, iTunes and so on, but I'm aware that he co-wrote many of the songs and I'd like to get permission from the authors before I upload all the tracks.

It's a good shout, but some of them are from the Collaboration Central days, and no amount of searching turns up anything. :P

They should be on a backup disc - I'll dig them out.
I also have one of mine that Curtis wrote the lyrics and melody for and provided vocals.

Ok I have had some luck tracking down the authors by searching the forums!
There are 3 songs I still can't find, can anyone help with these? "Hands of Time", "I Won't Give In", and "The Rain".

I can hear my own playing on "I Won't Give In" ;D But I don't remember who wrote it at all!
Here are the rest of the credits for songs that Curtis's son has suggested we put on a CD. If you're the author or co-author, and see this post, I would massively appreciate a thumbs-up to release it on iTunes/Spotify/etc. The aim is not to make money, just get the music out there!

This is another one with Curtis called Daddy's Little Boy. Unfortunately I have no idea who the credits go to apart from Curtis singing and me playing bass. I think this was done at one of Fred Jam's earlier sites around 2005. mp3 attached (it's all I have).

I forgot to add - any of my work (playing, writing, mixing whatever) is free for you to use for this project. Curtis was a great talent and always a pleasure to work with. I wish I could help more but my backups are not as complete as they should be and old age has stolen my memory. I do have a much better studio set up than I did in those days so if you need any help with mixing or cleaning up tracks give me a yell.

I haven't found the separate tracks for any of these yet. Not even sure I ever had them for faded so remixes are probably unlikely.

I have all the files for 'Faded' Jay but I doubt I'd want to remix it at this point. It would be a real bitch to do. Lots of files and lots of mastering by Mark (Cosmic Dolphin). It's one of the top songs I 've done with Curtis in IMO. It's perfect. :)

I've made some progress with the authors, just chasing down a few loose ends now. Does anyone know who "Edmon" was from the artistcollaboration.com days? I don't think he re-registered here. He co-wrote "I Won't Give In", by the looks of it.

I actually found Edmon after some detective work, and he gave the thumbs up!
So that just leaves one author, LMK. He’s registered here but haven’t got a reply to DMs. Does anyone know him, have an email address or other contact?
