What a nice tune Holger! Dunno how I missed. Superb writing, performances, and mix by all. I especially liked your guitar tone and playing Doc. It has a nice warm tube sound. Did you use a real amp on that or amp modeling software? Either way, very nice. Definitely right up my alley :)

great sounding song. Really liked this , has a bit of TOM PETTy sound to it.
but yet your own stamp on i t.  very commerical would b grea for a mvoie
backdrop anad or tv show just loved the refreshing sound take care happy

Nice. Sounds great! It's funny how our best sounding/favorite gear is often the cheapest. I have a Mexican Tele that was probably a couple hundred dollars. It's the best playing instrument I own!

FYI Native Instruments is having a 50% off sale right now if you are looking to upgrade to GR4. I have it and it's pretty kick ass :) The new Amplitube is really good too.

Tremendous inspiration for this song, Holger. I'm a big fan of Cormac McCarthy, albeit his tales can be pretty bleak. :P (One of them - "The Road" - also inspired me to a song, which is just in the throes of getting vocals.)

Excellent song in every respect! What a tremendous collaboration and production. Really first class.  :) Fantastic job, guys.  :D

thank you so much! Yes I agree there is no hope and no happy end in his tale...hard, bleakly stuff!!! But the story is excellent.
