Hmmm!!!... I just don't get it how come nobody get's in here  ???...
... Is it too much Rock'n'Roll?  ;D

Johnny, lemme be honest... Maybe this is one of the best numbers I heard from you but, there's one thing I don't like and that is the Special effects. I mean, those sounds are not FX anymore, they're the old GM sounds that we all know for ages, They sound sweet but they're known...

... Other than that, the composition just rocks, my friend

Thanks Paulo! I appreciate that.

Actually those furry flyin' FX things came from "Ultimate Sound Bank Xtreme FX" -  http://www.4beatz.com/proddetail~prod~usb_xtreme_fx.htm

Yeah, I thought they gave a little life to the forest.  ;D  I do remember my brother using similar FX sounds 20 years ago on a song of his. So maybe they are dated. Of course those flyin' furry things in the forest are dated too.  ;D

Best, John :)

JB:

If Paulo is referring to the bird etc sounds, I would agree.  I would rather envision the light forest with the music direction as I was envisioning the dark from the deep rich sounds.
But, anyway I did enjoy it.

Thanks Paul!

I'll give a listen to the mix without the critters tomorrow.  Probably a good idea to have two versions anyway.

Best, John :)

LOL... That is your tune, I only gave you my opinion wich means nothing in the end... If the songs calls out for birds and you feel it, than it's you that decide.

Basicly, it was nothing against the birds, it was more that those kind of birds sound like the old GM FX set wich we all have heard a thousand times.

I really appreciate (and respect) your input Paulo. You may very well be right. I'm submitting this to a couple libraries. I'll let you know what they think. I'm sending both versions.

Best, John :)
