Sonar 6.2 Update

Yeah Dave...BE CAREFUL!

I went through two installs. Alot of folks having a tough time.

My first install, V-Vocal would crash out the program. I uninstalled everything, got a fresh 6.2, then installed 6.0 from the dvd and did the 6.2 right after that.

So far so good. But I hear people having envelope problems, plug problems, v-vocal...all kinds of stuff.

So beware!

The X-ray is cool...but doesn't add anything to me. What I was looking for was the Phase fix in V-Vocal. So you can imaging my dismay when it crashed my system.

I backed up all my stuff before I did the second install.

6.1 was bulletproof on my system.

I still had the installs back to sonar 3 on the machine.

Go read the nighmares!

Nothing has blown up on me so far... Although, keep in mind, that I don't use Sonar, to the extent that many of you do.  I use it mainly to drive Reason via rewire where there are tempo changes. Or, when I need to take advantage of a vsti. And, record a track.
But still do all of my audio work beyond that in Audition.

So, bottom line, I'm probably not a good test case for it's stability.
