Title: Keepsake
Post by: Billy on January 05, 2014, 02:41:45 PM
I recently learned of two old friends of mine who are no longer with us. I then had a little delve into my keepsake box and found an old guitar tuner that one of the friends gave to me many years ago. I'm sure we've all got our own little memento's which remind us of people or things that are no longer with us. Anyway, 2014 already. Where did the years go?

                                                                                      Thanks for listening.

like the others have said...sounds beautiful.
kinda like CD said about a movie soundtrack...actually, I could hear this near the end of a sad movie where the main character is going through montage of lonely scenes setting up the final scene of the flick...likely after a loss as what inspired this beautiful composition...but setting the course for getting on with his life as the movie fades out.
great job.

This is lovely, Billy. :) I can certainly envisage it as a move soundtrack.

Hi Billy,

Beautiful, melancholy piece of writing. The performance is lovely with that cello? playing.

I think the 2 Mark's have got it right in terms of this being a sountrack to a movie, but I like the ending as put forward by Mark (RoTm).
