Casia had a cool lyric idea and so I wanted to try making it a rocker, with a hint of country or blues, and this is what came out. Thanks to Doc and Mike for their excellent playing.
Mike McKinnon (Musobass) - bass
Henry (Doc) Mittnacht - lead guitars, rhythm guitar
Benny Moore - vocals, rhythm guitar, drum programing, mixing
A HUNDRED EYES
Benny Moore/Casia
I'd fight a rattlesnake
Just to prove that love can last
Cause I'm a wanted man
On a poster from the past
CHORUS
A hundred eyes are watching
Eating me alive
Staring down my yesterdays
Into my heartless side
A hundred eyes
My heart's prison cell
Is blocking out my view
The marks on my wall
Know I'm coming after you
CHORUS
BRIDGE
As I battle with the enemy inside
My one desire is that true love will survive
Love has no extreme
That iron bars can hold
But shadows from the past
Can make the heart grow cold
