Smaler files (wma) for quick presenting mixes

Hi friends,
how do you guys achieve to keep your quick mixdown files small.
When I do a quick mixdown, even if running just the song PLUS 2 of my tracks my files get as big as 10 kMB or more.
I export with 41.000 kHz and 16bit.
Whatelse is important?

Hi Doc...

for any compression the encoding rate (bps) is important, as is the sample rate (more samples means more data). I usually use 44100 sample rate, 16 bit and 128kbps for wma (constant bit rate, one pass). wmas are then anywhere between 3 and 6 MB

Did you figure it out Doc? There must be an options setting when you render. I usually do mine at 160 or 192. 256 will create a larger file size.
