One of my favorite Christina songs. Existing lyric modified to fit existing music. Not sure when the backups will be added so I'm considering this done.

Okay, I've actually just loaded the "final" (first post). Back up vocals by Will and a cool brass section added at the end. Would love some critiques on this!

The production is great whoever did it? Sounds like something Billy would do, has a professional sheen.
I like Christina's vocals , apart from the last line that sounded a bit tacked on but it was well sung.

nice performances all around.
only criticism is just a personal preference... i would have liked to heard the vox sit a little mlre into the mix so incould hear the music with it a little more.
but again...nice tune.

Hey CD, how are you? Thanks for the critique and a good one from you ... how unusual ;D. The music, production and backup vocals are by the same guy - Will. I don't know his last name, this is the only song I've done with him. He's from Germany.
Thanks "rightonthemark", I appreciate your comment. I will have to listen again and see if I can pick up what you are hearing. My ears aren't great for the detail. Since I'm the writer, my focus seems to be able to hear the words clearly and enjoy the tune :):).

I think what ROM is noticing is there's a distinct difference in quality between the all the backing and production the audio quality of lead vocal recording.

I just read somewhere that a nice 5th anniversary gift is airline tickets or a cruise. That may be in order since I don't remember getting anything for the last 4 :)
