Really  loved working on this... Thanks Gary for the opportunity and I'm glad  you liked my take on it. I'm hoping I can preform it on a few Christmas parties this season.

I'm very pleased with the outcome, a great "new" Christmas song.  Everybody should do at least one a year :).

It would be fantastic if you could sing it at a few parties Mimmo.  I would certainly like to hear any feedback.

Hi Casia...I usually sing the standards, White Christmas , Blue Christmas, Please come home for Christmas amongst others and till now I did not have an original Christmas song that I worked on...Now that I do I will do it first and the standards after it. I would of course give you all feed back if any.

this sounds nice.
gives me that feeling of watching a classic Christmas movie/musical.
i can imagine a black and white film with Jimmy Stewart dancing and singing this to Donna Reed.
this easily could be an instant Christmas classic.

Mark, cool thanks for the video version. Nice idea, but I think maybe the video could be edited in some places to where the scenes are better matched to the lyrics, or even better, an original video....I'm not a video producer and I don't know the first thing about making music video's so I'd be of no help. But the concept is very interesting!

yeah. i thought about downloading the entire movie and editing the best spots to go better but this was just a quick find and idea. although, there are some spots that line up pretty good...just out of pure luck.

Love what you've done Mark, fantabulous - thank you.  I sure wish I had the time and set-up to do this with my songs.  I love the old movies and they work so perfectly.  Please keep it up on youtube, at least until the season is over :).

I uploaded a version without piano and less strings, it's more focused on the vocals. As Steffen suggested there was too many conflicts so this seems to be smoother.  :) :) :)

I sent some Canadian mistletoe to you a week or so ago but you know how slow the mail is.  You should have it by Valentine's Day.
