A big thank you to MCS. I have had  this one sitting on a shelf for nearly ten years.
    It is an amazing thing to have a site like this where there are so many talented musicians and who are also just all around good guys are willing to make a great songs happen.
   So here is a Modern Country Ballad for you.

TONIGHT I TOLD MY DREAM-GIRL GOODBYE

When she wasn't mine to hold

a bit too wet on the vocals during the chorus. Overall nicely done!

Thank you guys so much! LMAO at Marks "Panty Dropping comment" I wasn't really sure how this one was going to pan out. I posted it on my facebook page and holy cow, the responses I got back were a huge surprise. I couldn't believe how emotionally impacting this song was. Three of my friends Pm'ed me to tell me that they were going through some relationship problems and this song was just what they needed to hear. It's a very strange feeling when that happens, especially when it's a sad song. I don't want anybody jumping off bridges LOL.

What a lovely collab, you two. :) Gorgeous music & arrangement, Billy, and Cal, your vocals are so good.

This sounds terrific, I'm so glad you took it down off the shelf after so long. Really well done, your vocals sound great on this Cal. Billy's professional musicianship & mixing really make it shine.  I reckon you pitch this in the right market.
