there is a story here to be told... this tune was never meant to make it to MCS. vocals had a television in the background. i was just fooling around, banging out some fun... some 2 hours later there the basis for a song. i knew the vocals could never be duplicated.. i'd had help from a jar of the real, Mountain made, White, that was by my side during the whole ordeal.
when i played song back , it sounded really good, i thought, so i uploaded....
Henry, grabs his magic wand & sprinkles star dust all over it,,,
then , ANdy, comes by & proceeds to give us both a bass lesson by nailing the entire performance....
we all know Henry that has, fastly, become a Master Mixer & this Mix really shows off, both his Mixing & Production skills....
be as it may, we sent the tune off to Blue Mountain Mastering in Nashville. They must have heard something they liked, we got tune back in our hands in 10 hours. Hat's off to B.B.M. as you'll soon hear,

This turned out brilliantly, and a whole lot of fun!

Oh Yeah! This is taken from the 'Cat sessions' for sure.
Lively and authentic (as is possible over the internet) and it sounds like you guys were having a hoot of a time.
Enjoyed my listen and I would knock off work early to see you guys play live at the 'Blues Club'.

You ALL did a very good job here, and I agree, Henry has really become a very good mixing guy. The best mastering engineer cannot make a bad mix sound good, and this mix does sound very good to me.

like i tell all, i'm still learning how to make decent tracks. maybe, i'll never get past that. seems i always get stuck, there...
having talented individuals along side makes all the effort, all the more worthwhile. i'm having so much fun!
