It's a case of 'feel' rather than any profound lyrical content. Thanks for everyone who showed interest especially digitaldrummer.

Fun Time

Two days until the weekend

Wow. That's sounding really pro. 8) Really great mix. Super clear production. It must have been tough to balance out. There's a lot of stuff happening yet everything is sitting nicely. Nice job Aidan.   :)

Actually, this sounds like Steely Dan in an alternate universe where Michael McDonald sings lead instead of backup  8)

Very slick and professional, and cool horns and retro feel.  Great job guys.

How funny.  I just found the original thread discussing this song and the Michael McDonald/Steely Dan thing. I SWEAR I didn't read it first. That means you must really sound like Michael McDonald, Aiden!  >:D
