Title: Impossivel (OMF collaboration)
Post by: stoman on March 14, 2009, 04:22:07 PM
This is one of my favorite OMF (OpenMusicFactory, R.I.P.) collaborations.

It started with a simple synthetic guitar picking, then Cris (Nay's cousin) added lyrics and vocals, and Dan (atljam) replaced the synthetic picking and added another guitar track. Billy (formerly known as Aidan) contributed strings, and this is the result (2009 tired-ears-remix ;) ).

Regards,
  Steffen

This is so pretty, Stoman.  :)
Has a haunting quality about it.

I was going to ask you to post the lyrics, but I realise now they wouldn't be of much use anyway.  ;D

I updated the mix:

Sounds a bit smoother now IMO.

I really like the emotion this pulls.  The string really have some nice haunting quality.  Nice job Stephen!
