Deeper (Into Insanity)
By Casia and Billy Knight

(V1)
In my synthetic world
Sitting on the wall
Beasts of the city
Wait for me to fall
Crowds pointing laughing
At my own demise
I can see the disdain
In their empty eyes

(Chorus)
Fuse my worlds
Forget my date with time
I am the saviour of the ultimate crime
When everything is broken
And no one waits for me
I will pull you deeper... into insanity

(V2)
I'm no hero
Lying in my own wake
I have an appointment
With my own mistakes
I can see it coming
From a million miles away
Ghosts of the past come haunting
To make me rue the day
never thought the path I'd taken
would end me up this way

(Chorus)
Fuse my worlds
Forget my date with time
I am the saviour of the ultimate crime
When everything is broken
And no one waits for me
I will take you deeper... into insanity

(Bridge)
Is there any way out
Of this forgotten place
And will I ever rid
Myself of this disgrace

(Chorus)
Fuse my worlds
Forget my date with time
I am the saviour of the ultimate crime
When everything is broken
And no one waits for me
I will take you deeper... into insanity

(V3)
In my synthetic world
I start to cry
I tried to save the world
Living through my lies
I can't save myself
'Cause I'm afraid to die
No, I can't save myself
Cause I'm afraid to die

Casia,

This is a very complex and beautiful piece on both the musical and lyrical planes.

Outstanding work by everyone involved, very cool.  :)

Thanks jrobbins and Paul.  It's always nice to know when your music is enjoyed.  I have a soft spot for painful songs, as most people here know by now, so I listen to this one a lot actually.

Later...Casia

(P.S. Stoney.....well I never...where's that donkey  ;D ;D ;D)
