Title: Feeling of Euphoria - Stonehinged Track 4
Post by: Stoney on June 10, 2009, 12:37:06 PM: This track was a real wall of sound to work on and not one of the easiest however I think the outcome is well worth the effort. Everyone played there socks off and we even get to hear Andy sing .. many more to come I think.

Loved it but ::)... Can I say something against? Well... The vocals are well sung and in tune but, for this specific song I thought that a more powerfull voice would add justice to the power of the arrangement.

Great song and great performance from all.

J, the solo sound, reminds me of "Love don't mean a thing" from the Deep Purple's "Stormbringer".

Yeah Jay must have ransacked his 1975 rock collection and pulled out a rabbit or two from Stormbringer and Wish You Were Here!!

thanks man.. for me the highlights are the guitar, organ and the drums...the guys did a fab job on this!!

and its cool to have both a guitar and an organ solo in a song!!

Thanks a ton - Im glad you liked this one as well. Billy's wah gtr solo is way out, as is Jay's Purple/FLoyd like organ solo -not to forget Stoney's great skin beats!

I agree with Paolo in that the vocals could be a bit stronger. Doesn't need another singer though (IMO), just some overlaid tracks in the chorus.

Thanks. I wrote the lyric last summer, it was one of my old ones. Andy tweaked it, wrote the composition and sang..a man of many talents. Then of course Stoney and Jay and Billy laid their tracks and mixed and voila...they are amazing.
