Anyone using it yet? Due to my job I have early access to it.... hehheheheh. So far it seems pretty cool, looks just like Vista. Boots up lightning fast. I've installed most of my plugs, no problems that I can see. Haven't had any bluescreens yet, which was my one complaint about Vista.... thought I have a sneaking suspicion I've got a bad stick of RAM somewhere.
Anyhoo, just thought I'd say it seems like a nice OS so far.

I plan on running it on my next build.
Are you running 64 or 32?

64 bit, definitely! All that extra RAM will come in handy.

I'm thinking of going Apple next time, seriously - now we've had a Mac for Family I'm really impressed. Smooth , quiet , hassle free - never get asked to come and 'fix' the computer anymore. ;D
Mind you, I'd dual boot it with Windows probably so I could access Sonar Stuff whilst I migrated.
Nick your new avatar looks like he's playing along to the Kings of Leon CD I'm listening to !

I'd say he's gotta be good... look at the speedy technic on the right hand.

It's pretty liberating for sure :) You can get away with running Sonar with virtualization for the most part on a fast machine, you don't have to do the full dual boot thing to accomplish that. I've run some pretty huge Sonar sessions in VMWare and not run into issues with it (120+ tracks, loads of plugs, etc).

Hi CD,
again we have something in common: I just purchased KofL...cool sound-productionwise! Interesting!!! Recomedation: Folie a deux - Fall out boy! This album made me buy the former 3 albums of that band, too!

From what I have read on the Sonar formus Adam, everyone is SUPER happy with Windows 7. And those guys can be a pretty hard crowd to please!!!
