Hey Guys :)
I loved this one when it first appeared, and now, to hear it in its finished form...Absolutely beautiful!
Nolan your vocals are lovely and sincere and they carry this lyric right from your heart to ours, and i'm sure...Across the Heavens. A big, warm "Universal Mother" smile on ya. 8) Sincerely, Johnny
Great Job fellas. A lovely feather in the ol' cap...Cheers!
BTW, you should post the lyric so we can sing along....

Thanks Johnny!! Here are the words.
WHAT SHE COULD DO
Growing up was fun but not to hard to do
The good times always out weighed the blue
She always smiled like she had nothing to prove
Mom you always did what you could do
You'd get back on track only to loose
Heartbreak all around you befriended by the booze
But Mom you always did what you could do
Mom you always did what you could do
I never thought I would say goodbye to you
I never thought I would be left by you
But Momma you always did what you could do
Momma you always did what you could do
Growing up was fun but not to hard to do
Mom you always did what you could do

r4m I've said it before and I'll say it again, amazing guitar work.

Great job, mate. Really nice song. I'd just like to hear your vocals a little louder in the mix. You sing it well. :)
Sorry about your loss...

tnolan,
Great song! Loved it from the start. Hits a special place in my heart as well! This year will be 20 years since my mom passed away and I still miss her as much! So I'd like to dedicate my addition to your already great song to my mom as well.
Thanks for letting me in.
Nitch
Thanks bro!! :)

I thought this would turn out as a slow acoustic ballad, but it sure sounds good the way it is too.
52, that's no age to leave ... :( but only the good die young, so it seems.
Regards,
Steffen
