This one has been waaayyy too long in the making !

Partly my own fault, it's actually a re-write of a song I wrote about 10 years or more ago ...only the chorus remained of that one. I'd been putting off finishing it because now I don't have any more songs of mine with Marc on bass which is sad as I still miss him very much  :(

I went through several drummers on this and I must thank those who auditioned only for me to change direction  ::)

Again I'm really please with how this came out..I now have 10 songs that will fit on an Album that I'm happy with, so my Birthday gift to myself at the end of March is to get a small quantity pressed.

Very nice to see this finished. It came out great. :)

It's sad, but it's nice to hear Marc's bass on something new.  8)

that's a great song Mark. And everyone did a great job. Its a nice surprise to hear a new song with Marc on bass, his playing is outstanding, the bass sound is excellent (and the rest sounds excellent too  ;) )

Another one for the radio. You should send it to the stations and the companies.

My CD is finally finished and available to download ! ( 12 years after my previous release  ;D )

I'm just doing the artwork for the physical CD and making sure I list all the musicians that need crediting.

This is really interesting CD.  The beginning sounds country/folk and then it picks up into a rather upbeat but sad pop song.  I like the back-ups.  The lyrics are very nice too  :)

Ironically I'd never have got it done without you guys...you're the best !  I'd still be messing around wishing I was a better drummer/keys player/ guitarist/ bass player  ;D ...Oh and I've improved my mixing chops no end because of you guys.

Wow thanks Holger..I guess you mean the Digital version as I haven't done the inside pages of the booklet for the 'real' one.  I priced it at a low price just to encourage 'impulse' sales...don't think I should be charging the same as the big guys  :)

Hope you enjoy it..they've all been re-mastered to get a coherent sounding album.

Really great track CD.  Great production, playing and mix.
I dig your hooks.  Marc sounds fantastic on this track.   He usually played groove and pocket but in this song he took some liberties that really stand out.  Thanks for posting!

He does...and it's one year since he passed today.  Cool beyond Zero was his baby..it's a great tribute to his music.

The bass just grabs this song and drives it home...in style...

"Impressive" is the word that comes immediately to mind...Humbling stuff. ;)
