This is a re-mix of a song I did a few years back at Bobby's old EPS studio. Re-did the vocal track today. Luckily I still had all the old files except a strumming guitar track by Mimmo that was really nice but I was unable to use because it had corrupted.

Guitar - Nod
Bass & Drum Track - Bobby
Piano - Errol
Vox, Words & Music - Errol


I hear music outside my window
But I'm choosing to stay inside

Haunting words Errol... your high standard is maintained with this rather sad but eerily familiar subject

This is really lovely, Errol.  :)

And I agree with Mike: That last couplet is killer.
Quite poignant.  Altogether, a highly relatable song.

Another very pretty song, Errol. Real drums would be great, but I know the problem ... Ever dreamed about what music we all could post if we had our own band and orchestra?  ::)  8)

Wow Errol, it's almost like this is the same guy from "Forgotten Man" that Roel sang about. I ABSOLUTELY love how the beginning of the 1st verse represents all that life has to offer (the music outside) and the final verse "reflects" where the problem lies, and the one obstacle to getting out and enjoying life. :)
