This was a fun little track and my first for 2012. Mike has done a superb job on guitar as always and brought my daft idea's to life. I guess this falls somewhere between reggae and heavy rock ... all very odd but there ya go
Guitars - Mike Woodford
Other stuff - Ian Burrage
EVIL EYE - Stonehead 2011
V1
Girl .......I hear you dont like my smile
I wear for you all the while
You'll have to take it
I wont change it
I wont change it
Hey ......So you dont get my lazy style
Walk in my shoes for a mile
You should try it
I wont change it
I wont change it
V2
Me.......My life can be put into song
The tempo is slow but still strong
Try and sing it
I wont change it
I wont change it
You.....Are happy to scream and to shout
Racing to spit your words out
I dont hear it
I wont change it
I wont change it
Ch1
Yes I spy
With my Evil Eye
You dont get
Lets forget it ........ I cant be bothered with you
V3
Hey ..........Momma dont let me see
The person you want me to be
Yes you like it
I wont change it
I wont change it
Stop .......Trying to change who I am
I'm asking now please understand
Makes me crazy
I wont change it
I wont change it
Ch2/3
Yes I spy
With my Evil Eye
You dont get it
Lets forget it
It isn't worth a try
Yes I lie
Blame my Evil Eye
It see's it all
This Evil Ball.......... I cant be bothered with you
V4
Girl .......Dont let my words pass you by
Watch for the look in my eye
It's who I am
I wont change it
I wont change it
Now .....Please turn and wander away
Here is where I'm gonna stay
Yeah I like it
I wont change it
I wont change it

Very interesting offering Messrs Randall and Hopkirk. The fusion from reggae to rock works pretty well.
Great perfomances from you both. The bass guitar track is great, as is the background vocals during the bridge. Snowy's guitar suits this to a T.

Bloody hell!!
10cc meets The Stranglers. Two of my favourite bands.
Always have to check out a new song by the incomparable Stonehead. Love the quirky arrangement especially Mike's handiwork. It doesn't matter how serious the message in the song is, I always find myself smiling at the end of a Stoney song. I tell you there's something in the water in Ian's neck of the woods. ;D
