another heartache...................
a latin, inspired blues tune....
raul (drummer) added the latin vibes.. so brilliant is his work... a real talent.... thank you raul,,, come back anytime !!!
mike, a bassman's bassman... so smooth, so solid,,,a very talented
musician... we had to have your bottom to build on,, thanks for the solid foundation...
doc,, what can i say,,, besides being a great guitarist & producer, you are a gentleman... your creativity can be heard all thru another heartache,,,,,
another heartache was indeed a collaboration effort from 4 guys from 4 different places in the world, getting together to arrange & play a single tune,,, it just can't ever get any better than that...& the proof is in the pudding !!!!!
doc, provided, mix for mastering.. mastering was completed @ Blue Mountain Mastering in Nashville, Tn... we found Blue Mountain to get us fast turn around, excellent quality control & best pricing on the internet....
check tony out @ Blue Mountain..
so here is Another Heartache,

Paul,
thanks for the good words,,
it's always a pleasure when things go about right in a world where so many things can just go wrong,,, music is just one of those things that whether right or wrong, can still feel real good...

Another great tune Al, Doc, and the Gang!
I could listen to stuff like this for hours on end! Two of my fav albums are Leo Kotke and Stanley Jordan - no words, just hours of groovin to the music... and this song fits right in with that style I love so much. 8)
Way to go guys!

nice sound...top notch quality once again here at MCS

thanks for the support....
for me all this stuff is personal, til it's turned loose..
nothing ever really turns out as expected, some things better some worse... a tune could be a never ending process of re-visions,, at some point,, tune just got to fly on its own...
another heartache was one of those tunes...
@cyclone, the B-3 is a E-mu B-3 module, triple mic'ed from a 147 leslie...
me trying to mimic the quality that i hear in many smooth jazz recordings...
