Jay, your vocals are really impressive.  :)

By the way, with regard to the song's theme, there's a wonderful book called "The Reader"  ('Der Vorleser') by Bernhard Schlink. It became an excellent film, with Kate Winslett and Ralph Fiennes.  Well worth reading/seeing.

The Reader was a great movie.  Funny that movie didn't come to mind when I wrote this. 

I envisioned the affair in my lyric was between a teenage boy and his best friends mom.

It's still my favorite song. I only listened to it on your bandcamp site, didn't realize it was sitting right here at MCS since before I became a member.

Thanks for the BUMP John!  This was the most satisfying original I have worked on here so far.  Everyones contributions just fit and felt so right.  I still smile when I hear Georges guitar solo on this,..really impressive!
