Went trawling in the finished section deep beyond my comfort zone  and found this gem.

Nick - its a pity theres not an automatic player tied to the finished section which would play ALL the songs released here in some sort of a rotation method. I am sure the MCS'ers would love to hear the great music which lies within.....

Never heard this one before , think it's my favourite tune from you Nick    The drums have that really compressed sound like an Oasis record.

What happpened to the singer, he's good, got a modern vibe to his vocals..  The mix is really sweet too - have you changed your setup since this ?

Thanks CD! yup....changed my setup. Back then I used "Younger Ears 1.0" and am now up to "Pretty Much Deaf 3.0"!   

Paul did a nice job on this. This was his rough audition. But he sang it so cool I chose it over his finished take.

The equipment has changed over the years. I mixed that with an old soundcard and Alesis mk II  M1 monitors. Sonar 6 and T-Racks 24. I think!

Nice to see some of these old tunes pop up again. Paul does cool vocals. This came out really great.    I also wish there was a way to hear some of the older tunes that get buried. Maybe an outside page like Soundclick, Reverbnation... ? Or a seperate private url? Something we could all pitch into and pay for. I would.

I have been working on a solution for this. A social network like reverb or soundclick would be ideal.

I may run a test with what I have. Going to run it past our resident tech!

Not my cup of tea in terms of genre, but great production all around. The latest songs I have listened to at MC all sounded very professional to me, and this one is no exception.
